In an effort to protect you, our valuable customers, and our employees, we are making a concerted effort to help reduce the spread of the Corona Virus by temporarily moving to a drive-up model at our branches again, effective 11/17/20 and until further notice.
Please call us from our parking lot with your order and wait in your vehicle. We will bring your order to you.

- For credit card purchases, please call, email or fax your order ahead. When you arrive, call us. We will ask you to come in briefly for payment processing then ask you to return to your vehicle while we process your order.

Important COVID-19 Update from Pacific Plumbing
To our Valued Customers,
In this challenging time, we believe it is our primary responsibility to prioritize the health and well-being of our customers, associates, and employees. To that end we have taken many preventative steps in order to help ensure everyone’s health and safety, and to help reduce the health risks associated with the Corona Virus. These actions include:
Increased and regular cleaning and sanitizing of all customer touch points, including counters, bathrooms, coffee service, credit card terminals, etc.
Increased and regular cleaning and sanitizing of all employee high-touch areas, including material handling equipment, door hardware, computer terminals, etc.
We are encouraging thorough and frequent hand washing for all – a minimum of 20 seconds, as well as all other CDC established guidance.
We are limiting social contact and/or utilizing social distancing whenever possible.
Any employee who does not feel well will stay home until they are completely healthy. Their health will be carefully monitored by management upon returning to work.
In an effort to save you time, and to help temporarily minimize time at our branches, please consider calling ahead to place your orders.
