Empire 38-027 is a premium, reinforced, detectable underground tape that is used for locating and protecting underground utilities. It has a foil, middle layer that can be detected through conductive or inductive methods, as deep as 36 in. with proper detection equipment. It also has a patented reinforced wear to maximize durability to withstand any circumstance.
