Each flushometer contains a quiet dual-seal diaphragm with a clog-resistant bypass and chemical-resistant gaskets and seals for an extended lifespan with lower maintenance costs. It also features a mechanical manual override button, an 11-1/2” rough-in, and a 1-1/2” top spud. The ZEMS6000-HET-YB-YC has a high-efficiency 1.28 gpf flush volume and an wall-mounted sensor powered by low-voltage hardwiring for a reliable power supply to keep the application running without power-related issues. Customizable options include gpf flush volume, in-wall or on-valve sensor, and accessories to create a perfectly performing, water-saving application for any commercial retrofit or new construction project.
